Get a QuoteThe 2024 4Runner N280 is a complete redesign. The N210 5th Gen (2010-2023) had a 14-year run with minimal changes. N280 TNGA-F shares no module, ECM, camera, radar, or calibration compatibility with N210. Shops experienced with the long-running N210 must treat 2024 as an entirely new vehicle.
i-FORCE MAX hybrid trim requires full HV safety protocol (service plug removal, HV-certified technician) for ECM and HV ECU work. Non-hybrid 2.4T trims do not require HV protocols.
4Runner has the highest proportion of lifted and modified vehicles among Toyota truck platforms. After ANY lift installation or suspension geometry change: (1) SAS zero-point calibration via Techstream is mandatory, (2) TSS 3.0 radar aim verification is mandatory. Failure to calibrate after lift will leave radar aim outside tolerance.
Common Toyota 4runner issues we resolve on this platform: TSS 3.0 Forward Camera (N280 6th Gen), TSS 3.0 Forward Radar (77 GHz - N280), Blind Spot Monitor Sensor - Left (BSM), and Blind Spot Monitor Sensor - Right (BSM) recalibration after windshield/bumper/suspension/CCM service. Module programming for replacement ECU/PCM, BCM, TCU, or accessory modules - N280 TNGA-F (6th Gen - Launch Year) platform uses Multi-CAN bus (PT-CAN powertrain, Body-CAN, HV-CAN on hybrid); Ethernet backbone for multimedia/ADAS; OBD2 DLC Pin 6/14 CAN 500 kbps.

Multi-terrain Monitor standard on TRD/Limited.

ADAS SYSTEM
Need this calibrated?
Get a quote for ADAS calibrationStatic camera calibration via our Techstream diagnostic software. Use N280 6th Gen WSM specifications - do not apply N210 (2010-2023) specs. Level surface, Toyota target at WSM-specified distance. No obstacles in FOV. All TSS 3.0 DTC must clear before road test.
Radar Techstream initialization. Combine with camera cal if both disturbed. Replace if deformed. NOTE: Aftermarket bumper installations are very common on 4Runner - radar relocation bracket required if OEM mount position not maintained. Radar aim mandatory after bumper swap.
BSM Techstream initialization for any disturbed sensor. Aftermarket rear bumpers common on 4Runner - BSM sensors may be incompatible with non-OEM bumpers. Confirm sensor position before quoting.
CRITICAL for 4Runner: SAS zero-point calibration via Techstream mandatory after any lift or suspension geometry change. TSS 3.0 radar aim must be verified at final ride height - even a 2-inch lift shifts radar aim beyond TSS 3.0 tolerance. Both must be performed before delivering a lifted 4Runner.
Full Techstream module scan. SRS ECU: replace if DTC 51-xx present - no crash clear. Calibrate all disturbed ADAS before delivery.
Non-hybrid: Techstream VIN reg, IMMO coding, injector compensation, throttle zero-point. Hybrid: HV service plug out first, TIS HV authorization, full HV network DTC scan after completion.
All keys erased. TIS authorization. All keys present for re-registration. Max 8 keys.
SAS zero-point via Techstream. Drive straight 35+ mph after reset to confirm learning cycle.
Camera module replacement requires full recalibration using Techstream.
Radar module replacement requires alignment/calibration using Techstream.
Blind spot monitoring sensor replacement requires calibration using Techstream.
If BSD sensor is mirror-integrated, recalibration required. Verify sensor location; use Techstream if applicable.

ADAS calibration pricing for a 2025 Toyota 4runner depends on which of its 8 documented systems need work after a repair. This vehicle is documented with TSS 3.0 Forward Camera (N280 6th Gen), TSS 3.0 Forward Radar (77 GHz - N280), Blind Spot Monitor Sensor - Left (BSM), Blind Spot Monitor Sensor - Right (BSM), and Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA). We provide a fixed quote after confirming the operations performed - send the VIN, the repair scope (windshield R&R, bumper work, alignment, collision), and any DTCs so the quote response can include a real number.
Yes. The 2025 Toyota 4runner uses a factory SRS control module that we support. We read and clear stored crash data, then restore the module to factory status so the airbag warning light goes out and the system returns to full operation. Reference part number on this vehicle: 6218035060. Mobile diagnosis and programming are available in DFW, and mail-in module service is available nationwide. Send the part number and a description of what triggered the light, and we will provide a quote and scheduling window.
After windshield replacement on a 2025 Toyota 4runner, TSS 3.0 Forward Camera (N280 6th Gen), TSS 3.0 Forward Radar (77 GHz - N280), and Rear View Camera rely on the forward-facing camera and require recalibration before the systems return to operation. We perform the calibration on-site in the DFW Metroplex with OE target fixtures. Mail-in module service is available nationwide for eligible module work.
Most 2025 Toyota 4runner onsite jobs are typically scheduled within 24-48 hours once vehicle readiness, access, and route timing are confirmed. This vehicle has roughly 24 programmable modules documented in our database (6 ECU, 4 BCM, 1 TCU, 5 ABS, plus IPC/SAS/gateway/accessory). Mobile module work and ADAS calibration are scheduled in the DFW service area after quote review. Mail-in module service is available nationwide.
We run a mobile unit across the DFW Metroplex for on-vehicle work (ADAS calibration, post-repair recoding, and supported module work). Mail-in module service is available nationwide. Quote the work and we will confirm the active service path for the 2025 Toyota 4runner. Do not ship a module unless support confirms next steps.
Every programming, cloning, and calibration job on the 2025 Toyota 4runner is backed by a workmanship warranty covering the scope of work we performed: 1-year unlimited on all flashes, clones, and ADAS calibrations. If a module we programmed or a calibration we performed fails to function as expected, return it and we restore it at no charge. The warranty covers our work; it does not cover unrelated mechanical or electrical failure of the module itself.
We program, clone, repair, or replace the full programmable-module stack on a 2025 Toyota 4runner. For this vehicle our database documents:
Infotainment on this platform: Toyota Audio Multimedia. Send the VIN and the operations performed and we will confirm support and pricing.
