What you can expect

1. A reviewed request. Start with year, make, model and a short description. VIN is optional for an initial request; we may request it later to confirm compatibility. Most quotes are returned in under 4 business hours during business hours. Scope, availability, price and timing are confirmed after review. Monday-Saturday, 9 AM-7 PM Central. Closed Sunday.
2. Confirmed scope and price. We explain the service, required preparation, and appointment or mail-in arrangements before work begins. An online request is not a confirmed appointment.
3. Verification and documentation. The agreed work is checked and documented. Contact our team if you have questions about your report or the completed service.

DFW onsite or nationwide mail-in

ADAS calibration and vehicle diagnostics require the vehicle at a suitable location. We confirm the workspace, access, and any road procedure before an onsite visit.

For eligible mail-in module work, wait for request acceptance, the final quote, and packing instructions before shipping. Some module jobs also require setup on the vehicle.
