What you can expect

1. A reviewed request. Send a VIN or vehicle details and describe the repair or symptoms. Most quotes are returned in under 4 business hours, during Mon-Sat, 9am-7pm CT.
2. Confirmed scope and price. We explain the service, required preparation, and appointment or mail-in arrangements before work begins. An online request is not a confirmed appointment.
3. Verification and documentation. The agreed work is checked and documented. Contact our team if you have questions about your report or the completed service.

DFW onsite or nationwide mail-in

ADAS calibration and vehicle diagnostics require the vehicle at a suitable location. We confirm the workspace, access, and any road procedure before an onsite visit.

For eligible mail-in module work, wait for request acceptance, the final quote, receiving address, and packing instructions before shipping. Some module jobs also require setup on the vehicle.

Support after the work

Our calibration and programming work carries a 1-year unlimited-mile warranty. If a defect in our work appears, contact us so we can put it right at no charge. We confirm coverage for your particular job before work begins.
