Due to the complexity of modern vehicle systems, all services are performed on a best-effort basis and may be affected by factors outside our control, including prior repairs, hidden damage, aftermarket modifications, or manufacturer limitations.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Vehicle systems may not respond as expected, and certain issues may not be fully diagnosable or repairable.
  • Pre-existing conditions, including electrical faults, collision damage, corrosion, or prior improper repairs, may affect results.
  • We are not responsible for unrelated failures that occur before, during, or after service.

15. ADAS Calibration and Safety Systems Disclaimer

Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration requires precise environmental conditions, properly functioning sensors, and a vehicle free of underlying faults. While CORE AUTO LOGIC LLC follows industry procedures and uses professional equipment, we do not guarantee that calibration will restore or maintain factory-level performance under all conditions.

You acknowledge that:

  • ADAS systems are driver-assist features and do not replace safe driving practices.
  • Environmental factors, road conditions, sensor alignment, and prior damage may impact system accuracy.
  • Calibration results may vary and may require additional repairs or dealer-level intervention.

CORE AUTO LOGIC LLC is not liable for accidents, damages, or losses allegedly related to ADAS system performance following calibration or service.

16. Module Programming and Used Parts Disclaimer

Programming, cloning, or reconfiguring electronic modules (including ECU, BCM, SRS/Airbag, and other control units) involves inherent risk. When using new, used, or customer-supplied modules, compatibility is not guaranteed.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Used or salvaged modules may be defective, locked, corrupted, or incompatible with your vehicle.
  • Manufacturer restrictions, security systems, or software limitations may prevent successful programming.
  • Modules may become non-functional (“bricked”) during programming attempts, even when proper procedures are followed.

CORE AUTO LOGIC LLC is not responsible for the failure, incompatibility, or damage of any module, including customer-supplied or used components.

17. Customer-Supplied Parts Disclaimer

If you provide your own parts, components, or modules for installation or programming, you assume all risk associated with their quality, compatibility, and performance.

CORE AUTO LOGIC LLC:

  • Does not guarantee the functionality or longevity of customer-supplied parts.
  • Is not responsible for defects, failures, or incompatibility of those parts.
  • Reserves the right to refuse installation or programming of parts deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

18. No Guarantee of Repair Outcome

Due to the diagnostic nature of electronic and networked vehicle systems, CORE AUTO LOGIC LLC does not guarantee that any service will fully resolve a problem. Some issues may require additional diagnostics, parts, or services beyond the original scope of work.

19. Limitation of Service Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, CORE AUTO LOGIC LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of vehicle use, downtime, or business interruption
  • Towing, rental, or transportation costs
  • Loss of data, coding, or module configuration
  • Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from services performed

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

20. Vehicle Owner Responsibility

The vehicle owner or customer is responsible for:

  • Ensuring the vehicle is in safe operating condition prior to driving
  • Verifying proper operation of all systems after service
  • Seeking additional inspection or repair if any warning lights or issues persist

By using our services, you agree to release and hold harmless CORE AUTO LOGIC LLC from claims arising from vehicle operation following service.

21. Immobilizer, Key Programming, and Vehicle Security Disclaimer

CORE AUTO LOGIC LLC may perform immobilizer programming, module pairing, or key programming services in connection with vehicle diagnostics, repair, or module replacement. These services are limited to electronic programming and are not locksmith services.

By requesting these services, you represent and agree that:

  • You are the lawful owner of the vehicle or have full authorization from the owner to request such services.
  • You will provide valid government-issued identification and proof of ownership or authorization upon request.
  • The vehicle is present at the time of service when required.

CORE AUTO LOGIC LLC reserves the right to refuse service if ownership or authorization cannot be reasonably verified.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Vehicle manufacturers may restrict immobilizer or key programming functions.
  • Programming attempts may fail due to system faults, security lockouts, or incompatible components.
  • Existing keys, modules, or vehicle systems may be altered, disabled, or erased during programming procedures.

CORE AUTO LOGIC LLC is not responsible for:

  • Loss of key functionality, including previously working keys
  • Immobilizer lockouts or security system restrictions imposed by the manufacturer
  • Failed programming due to vehicle condition, prior repairs, or incompatible parts

All immobilizer and key-related services are performed strictly in connection with authorized vehicle service and not for emergency access, lockout, or locksmith purposes.

22. SMS Terms of Service

Core Auto Logic provides SMS text messages for service requests, quotes, scheduling, job status updates, billing and payment activity, shipment and mail-in instructions, report notifications, account notifications, and customer care.

When you consent to receive text messages from Core Auto Logic, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Core Auto Logic at the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@coreautologic.com.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will not share your phone number with any third parties for marketing purposes. Our SMS Privacy Policy is included in our Privacy Policy, and these SMS terms are part of this Terms of Use.
