iX windshield is unique - BMW-approved iX glass only; no aftermarket substitute. KAFAS 5 multi-sensor static + dynamic calibration via ISTA. ISTA must have iX SPE calibration dataset. Procedure differs from CLAR KAFAS 3. Calibration targets may differ for KAFAS 5.
Front Bumper Repair or Replacement Affected: ADAS ECU front radar integration, ACC, Pre-Collision
iX front bumper is unique SPE design - confirm iX-specific radar bracket. ISTA static alignment differs from CLAR procedure - follow iX SPE radar alignment guide. Level surface, curb weight.
Rear Bumper Repair or Replacement Affected: Rear radar (BSD / RCTA), ADAS ECU fusion
