A technician must be with the vehicle, with a compatible connection, stable internet, suitable power support, and the required authorized access.
Remote VSP services are unavailable.
We check the VIN and requested operation. CONSULT-III Plus and CONSULT 4, also searched as CONSULT IV, have different vehicle and connection requirements. One application or interface should not be assumed to cover every Nissan and Infiniti.
