We are unable to provide remote VSP services. Key, immobilizer, and other procedures requiring VSP credentials are excluded from our remote offering.

Do I need my own ODIS-S approval or subscription?
For our onsite service, you do not need to establish your own ODIS-S account or buy a dedicated subscription for the job. Our technician brings the diagnostic setup and performs the agreed work. Vehicle-specific security authorization and documentation still apply where required. For remote requests, we confirm your existing setup and the requirements before accepting the session.
What is ODIS-S?
ODIS-S stands for Offboard Diagnostic Information System Service. It is the factory diagnostic software used for supported Volkswagen and Audi diagnostic and programming procedures. Available functions depend on the vehicle, module, and authorized manufacturer access.
Can I request a one-time remote ODIS-S session?
Yes. Ask about a one-time remote ODIS-S online programming session for an eligible non-VSP task. Send your vehicle details, the requested operation, and your diagnostic interface and computer details. We confirm compatibility, scope, and the quote before scheduling. We are unable to provide remote VSP services.
What about VW or Audi key programming and immobilizer adaptation?
Key and immobilizer requests need a separate onsite eligibility review. Tell us whether you need an additional key, have lost all keys, or have replaced a security-related module. We confirm vehicle support, required parts, availability, and ownership or shop authorization before accepting the work. A NASTF credential does not make every vehicle or key eligible. We cannot perform remote VSP services.
Can you help with component protection or a GeKo / FAZIT request?
Send the exact ODIS message, vehicle details, and module part numbers for review. Component protection and other restricted procedures can require additional manufacturer authorization. We confirm the supported service arrangement before booking; remote VSP work is unavailable.
Can you code a used VW or Audi replacement module?
Used modules need individual review. The part number, vehicle configuration, module condition, and security requirements determine what is possible. Send the original and replacement module details before purchasing a part or arranging a session. We confirm the applicable service and any manufacturer authorization requirements before accepting the job.
Is ODIS online access the same as ElsaPro repair information?
Repair-information access and a vehicle programming session serve different purposes. Reading repair manuals or wiring diagrams does not carry out coding on the vehicle. Tell us the repair you need completed so we can identify the applicable ODIS-S service.
How much does an ODIS-S coding job cost?
