Ask about remote support for an eligible non-VSP task. Send the VIN, requested procedure, and your diagnostic interface and computer details so we can confirm whether a remote session fits the job.
A technician must be with the vehicle, with a compatible connection, stable internet, suitable power support, and the required authorized access.
Remote VSP services are unavailable.
No. Ford uses different diagnostic applications across vehicle generations. We check the VIN and task to determine whether FDRS or a legacy Ford application is appropriate. A model year alone does not confirm FDRS support.
PMI means Programmable Module Installation. It is a factory workflow used when replacing supported modules. Tell us whether the original module still communicates and provide the replacement part number so we can review the required installation steps.
Send the last successful step, any error message, and a fault scan. We assess whether supported recovery or further diagnosis is appropriate. Loss of communication can also come from power, wiring, or module faults; programming alone may not resolve it.
Call with your VIN, location, and requested work. We confirm same-day availability after reviewing technician scheduling, vehicle readiness, compatible parts, and any required access or authorization. A quote request does not reserve an appointment.
For our onsite service, our technician brings the diagnostic setup and performs the agreed work. You do not need to build your own software installation for the visit. For remote enquiries, we review your existing equipment, software, and access requirements before accepting a session.
