Lexus L-SB-0028-26 (September 30, 2026), page 2 lists this assembly with previous number 44050-11010. The bulletin applies when brake, ABS and/or TRAC warning lights are on and/or a Check VSC message displays, AND one or more stored DTCs C1391, C1252, C1256 or C1253 are present. Follow the applicable OEM diagnosis and Repair Procedure. This is a full brake actuator assembly, not a verified bare electronic ABS ECU allocation. The separately listed brake booster pump with accumulator is not included by this actuator number; the actuator number does not represent the entire two-part repair.
